Return & Refund Policy
Here at Tier One Performance we pride ourselves on our quality of work. All Program and Merchandise sales are final, unless there is some sort of mistake or malfunction. For example, if the purchased Program’s links to the explanation videos do not work or receive some sort of error, then the customer is entitled to another version or fixing of the program, or a full refund. Likewise, if there is an order mix up or abnormality with any merchandise the customer is entitled to a re-order or full refund.
